Mully Xmas

Meet Mulligan, our "second chance" puppy, adopted at the Indianapolis Humane Society. I first discovered how wonderful this facility is when I accompanied my daughter's Girl Scout Troop on a visit years ago. My children then participated in the "Paws and Claws" summer camps and were there the day this little cutie was delivered. He has brought so much joy to our family. It is my privilege to be a donor to Indy Humane, and I encourage everyone who's considering being a pet owner to begin their search here. Perhaps, like us, you'll fall in love with a dog or cat and give them a forever home.

These are the loves of my life: Reggie, my husband of 22 years who loves to go house hunting with me; Jade, a nursing student at Marian University; Tanner, a senior who plays football at Guerin High School; and "Mulligan" (see above). One reason I support the Indiana Children's Wish Fund is that they were there for us when Jade was diagnosed with cancer at age 9. Their mission is to give sick children a huge dose of life, and they did that for our family by sending us on a dream trip to Disney World. We'll never forget it.

In 1988 I began a business teaching skin care and color application with Mary Kay. Multiple Pink Cadillacs later, I'm still in love with this company, its products, and everything it stands for, including their fight against cancers affecting women and their efforts to end domestic violence through the Mary Kay Ash Foundation.
